Jane scooped me up in a period of serious illness and created a bespoke program on a one to one basis which has steadily supported my recovery to the point that I am back working full time and able to attend her intermediate classes. Yoga has become part of my life and a way of managing the stresses and strains helping me to sleep better, feel stronger and be more flexible. 

As a rider the focus on posture and alignment has transformed not only my position but the way I think about working my horses. I cannot recommend Jane highly enough whether for 1-2-1, class or via zoom.
