BOOKING POLICY

Bookings can be made through the website or through the Wix app. Booking will close 60 minutes before the class start time. 

PAYMENT

Payment for a single session or for a Plan is taken by credit or debit card at the time of booking via the website or through the Wix App. At the initial purchase you will be asked to 'Sign up' to the website. To use a Plan for any future bookings, you will need to 'Log in' BEFORE selecting a time so that your Plan will appear as a payment option against your booking. Website payments are managed by Stripe.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Once your class is booked, you should receive a booking confirmation email - if it is a Zoom class you will get an e mail with a ‘Join Zoom Meeting’ link. Please ensure that you have completed and returned to Jane the Health form and disclaimer at bottom of this page in advance of your first class; you are assumed to have agreed to this Booking Policy and the Disclaimer in the Health form and read the Privacy Policy when you attend any class, 1-2-1 session or 1-2-2 session.

CANCELLATION

If you are unable to attend a class for which you have booked and paid, you will be offered an alternative class to attend , subject to availability in other classes and according to the following conditions:

  • Transfer must be arranged at least one hour before your booked class time;

  • Transfer to another class may only be done once per course of lessons;

  • The new class time (to which you would like to be transferred) must be within 14 days of the original class and in any event within  the period of the relevant course of classes (i.e. missed classes cannot be carried over to the next course) .

  • For 1-2-1 or 1-2-2 sessions or Private Group sessions a minimum notice period of 72 hours cancellation is required so other people may book the slot. In the event that less than 72 hours notice is given and the slot is not booked by another client, the cost of that session will not be re-credited to your account. If more than 72 hours is given or another client books your cancelled slot you will be given a credit back to your account for the full amount of the session.

Please note that refunds are not available. If, for any reason, the class is cancelled by the teacher after you have booked and paid, an alternative date for the cancelled class will be offered by the teacher.

  

LIVE /OUTDOOR CLASSES:

Please read the Outdoor Terms and conditions in the document below if booking a Live/Outdoor Class - you will be asked to complete and sign before attending each Outdoor class. Please bring your own equipment and wear appropriate clean clothing for the weather including sun protection if necessary. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND CLASS IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING COVID 19 SYMPTOMS.

ONLINE CLASSES: WHO CAN ATTEND?

If you are new to my classes, please contact me first using the contact page. Before attending your first class, please complete the Health form and Disclaimer at bottom of page and return to me before your first class. If a friend or family member in your household wishes to join the class, please contact me at least 3 hours before the class. If someone participates in the class other than you (the regular attendee), you will need to take responsibility for their welfare, as I may not have their medical history/be aware of their yoga experience.

JOINING ONLINE CLASSES

To join the class, you will need to click the ‘Join Zoom Meeting’ link, which should appear in your booking confirmation email. Please click the link to join the class at least 10 minutes before the start, so that you may be checked-in and we can begin on time.

If you are new to Zoom, it is advisable to set up Zoom (download and create a free account: https://zoom.us/download) well in advance, so you can test your audio (speakers AND microphone) and video, and to see where best to position your device so that you can see and be seen clearly throughout class (seated, lying, standing).

You can download Zoom on your smartphone, tablet or PC/laptop.  

During the Zoom class, I will 'Mute All' so I won't hear anything (unless you unmute yourself by clicking the relevant icon/button on your device or by pressing and holding the space bar on a laptop/PC). If you need to get my attention, please unmute yourself and/or wave.

I recommend keeping your video ON throughout the class. However, if you do not wish to be seen, it is your choice and you can switch your video off at any point. If your video is on, it means the host can see you and everyone else in the class can also see you. To see the host more clearly during the Zoom class, locate the host’s video, click the three little dots in the top right corner and 'Pin' this video box, which should make it the largest video box on your screen.
