Pop in Zoom class
Zoom class for all abilities who have already practised with Jane - minimum of 4 attendees
Service Description
A 1 hour class with welcome meditation, asana work and relaxation to end - in the event there are not 4 attendees you will be given a credit to the next Zoom class you can attend - you will need to have mat, chair, 3 blankets, 2 yoga bricks and minimum 2 yoga blocks and a yoga belt and bolster to get the most out of the class. You may be able to adapt household objects to use as alternative to above list. THIS IS NOT A CLASS TO ATTEND IF YOU HAVE NEVER PRACTISED WITH JANE BEFORE. A link will be sent once you have booked but please notify Jane via Whats app that you are attending so she can double check correct link sent to you
