  • TUES - Yoga Therapy + personal practice

    NEW for 2024 is a pop in Group Yoga Therapy + Personal Practice class on Tuesday evenings t 18:15 for 1 hour 10 mins If you have been given a yoga sequence to work on you can pop along, either regularly or on one off basis, to work through that sequence with Jane in a group session. We will start working as a Group together, then you will work through your personal sequence before we finish the session together. Contact Jane for a chat if you do not have a personal practice sequence, so she can help you set one up. Jane will help each individual with queries during the session and amend the sequence as they work through it, as necessary, over the weeks. Ideal if you have a medical condition or difficulty with certain postures because of weak knees, shoulders, back, little toe (!) that you need to pay attention to but can't do a regular 1-2-1 or 1-2-2 session. Cost is £14 per session or buy a plan of 5 for £60 - Plan to be used within 1 year of start date. You need to book the session you wish to attend in advance. Places are very limited.

  • 1-2-1 Yoga Therapy/MBSR /Butekyo Session

    To work towards your own specific goals using yoga, mindfulness or butekyo or a combination of all three. Once you have paid for a session, you can book a time direct with Jane unless you see a free convenient session showing on the calendar . Jane will try to find a mutually convenient session earlier than the next free session on the calendar. Please contact her on jane@sheepdroveyoga.com

  • Drop in Zoom classes 7:30 pm Tuesday eve

    A small weekly zoom class to work on your yoga moves from home! If you have not attended classes with Jane before, please contact her before booking. You will need a little space, a mat, preferably a clear wall and some yoga props or alternative household objects such as blankets, belt, yoga blocks (books) and yoga bricks(big books!). A bolster is really useful but you can try rolling up a few blankets instead and using a cushion for your head. A sense of humour when technology fails us is also a good idea! Note the dates in your diary as they are not consecutive!
