July Tuesday Weekly Zoom Classes at 6 pm

Jane is away in July but you can still keep up a weekly practice by joining her via zoom for 1 hour

Service Description

Pop in Classes will be held at 6 pm on the first 4 Tuesdays in July - 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd - a new zoom course will start on last Tuesday in August reverting back to 7:30 pm start time General class for all abilities - please do take care of yourself - ensure you can see and be seen so you practise safely.................a zoom link will be sent out weekly to those who are registered for the class. All asanas will have adaptions so everyone can do them or an alternative, so it is essential Jane can see you. You will need a mat, belt, 2/3 blankets and preferably 2 yoga bricks and at least 2 yoga blocks. A bolster of some sort is really useful as is a chair you can sit on to do twists and use as support for standing asanas and Sarvangasana (shoulder stand). Find a quiet corner in your house where you won't be disturbed and see if you can clear a little bit of wall to use for your feet. Most of all bring a sense of humour for when technology or your body (!) doesn't work in the way you want it to work! Please note each class will be recorded and the recording sent out in the 24 hours post class. By signing up to the class you agree to your image being used in the recording.
